Schneider Digital supports the event as a sponsor and has stood for professional solutions in stereo 3D visualization, virtual reality and high-performance workstations for many years. These include passive 3D stereo monitors, VR walls, Direct LED & LCD & OLED displays and performance workstations.
3D PluraView is one of Schneider Digital’s highlights: the passive 3D stereo monitor with beam splitter technology. Each eye gets its own display with full resolution up to 4K/UHD at 10-bit and brilliant brightness. The image separation is flicker-free using lightweight, passive polarized glasses. This enables fatigue-free work in professional continuous use, even in daylight and in groups of up to 5 people. As a plug-and-play system, the 3D PluraView is compatible with all common 3D stereo applications and certified for photogrammetry and GIS (including AGISOFT, ESRI, HEXAGON, TRIMBLE). It is used in fields such as GIS, CAx, BIM, medical and VR. More about the 3D PluraView
The portfolio is complemented by two software solutions for XR and stereo applications:
ImmersaXR-Studio is an OpenXR middleware that makes more than 2,000 HMD-enabled OpenXR and WebXR applications usable on 3D stereo output devices without any code changes, from stereoscopic desktop monitors and VR walls to CAVEs and large-scale immersive installations. Users with VR headsets, desktop 3D monitors and VR room installations can view, edit and discuss the same content together, with or without tracking. Stereoscopic display, head tracking, 3D cursor and navigation with the 3Dconnexion SpaceMouse are available consistently, even where native support is missing.
StereoVista is a free open-source 3D viewer and demonstrator for optimal stereoscopic user experiences. It shows the Dynamic Stereo Camera (DSC) for even stronger immersion and high 3D viewing comfort, and the stereoscopic 3D mouse cursor (SMC) for precise, depth-based interaction, object selection and navigation. The technology is available to commercial and open-source software vendors for integration.
