Advice from experience

We name the optimal graphics cards for your graphics application from our point of view. We know the professional graphics systems like no one else. We are happy to pass this knowledge on to you. Our more than 20 years of practical experience, as well as our good contacts to the manufacturers make our knowledge so valuable for you.

Test positions

Test our products on your own system. We will send you up to two graphics cards as a trial for 14 days if required. You pay for what you want to keep, the rest you simply send back to us. This is the only way to know which graphics card really works perfectly with your system environment. Your advantage: investment security. We will only charge you a small handling fee for this service if you do not wish to keep any of the tested products.

High availability

We have almost all professional graphics cards permanently in stock. And in case of delivery bottlenecks, we will gladly lend you an alternative graphics card to bridge the waiting time. This way you will be productive again as soon as possible.

Fast delivery service

If you order before 4 pm, you will usually receive the delivery on the next business day and you can Continue working with even higher graphics performance in the short term.

Driver Service

Our shipments always include the latest drivers on the Schneider driver CD. So that you can start immediately. 

Telephone Setup Support

One of our technicians will guide you step by step through the sometimes complex procedure of uninstalling old drivers and installing new ones. This is easy on your nerves: Easy and smooth installation, as well as accurate settings of the driver.

Advance exchange cards at RMA

Within 24 h, even before you return the defective card to us, we will deliver either a replacement copy or another suitable loaner card, if possible, so that you can continue working as quickly as possible.

Your direct line to the manufacturer

If you discover new errors in the driver, we immediately inform the card manufacturer via a specially developed reporting system and the process is tracked and documented until the problem is solved. Upon request, we will inform you about the processes. Your advantage: Even better performance and stability.

Your product has a defect?

Simply send us the defective product together with the completed RMA form, we will then check the item regarding this defect.
Important: The form must be filled out and sent, otherwise the process will not be processed.

Note on costs: Our remote service is charged with 25,- Euro per ¼ hour or part thereof. By downloading and then starting the TeamViewer session, the remote service user accepts the incurred support costs.

Loan & test positions

A test position – it can happen that fast:

Who likes to buy a card in a bag? At Schneider Digital, you can test your desired graphics cards and also many other products for 14 days at your own workstation for ‘Hertz and speed’. If you are not 100% convinced, simply send the test settings back to us.

Registration & Login

In order to request a test position, please contact us beforehand here as a customer.

Phone request

Then discuss and order your desired test position with our sales department (Tel. 08025-9930-0). We will send the goods to you by express within 24 hours.

Installation Support

In case of installation and other problems during the test period, please contact our support (Tel. 08025-9930-21). In very many cases we can give you a solution.

Period & Feedback

The trial period ends after 14 days. Now we are interested in your experiences. We ask you for your professional assessment, in case of problems for a short error description and your constructive criticism.

Product purchase

If you want to keep any product of the trial, the trial was completely free for you. Just send us the unwanted products back free within three days.

Return

If you could not decide on a product of the test position, send all products back to us free of charge within 3 days. In this case, we charge the respective handling fee shown in the offer of between 39 and 98 € (domestic), depending on the value of goods and the transport costs incurred.
